Therapy for Trauma
Healing from trauma is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happened—and more importantly, help you reconnect with who you are beyond your trauma. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means reclaiming your life with compassion, courage, and support.

My Approach to Healing Trauma
I believe that healing trauma begins with compassion—for what you've been through, and for every part of you that’s worked hard to survive. In our work together, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work to help you connect with your inner world in a curious and gentle way. Using a blend of self-compassion practices, mindfulness, and DBT-informed coping tools, we’ll create space to safely explore your experiences, regulate overwhelming emotions, and move toward lasting healing. My goal is to support you in building a more grounded, empowered relationship with yourself—one where all parts are welcome and healing becomes possible.
